1. Description of Services:
The Platform provides users with a virtual business card sharing service. You may use the Platform to create and share your digital business card with other users. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available and may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice.
2. User Conduct:
You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Share false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Platform to send spam, chain letters or any other unsolicited messages.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers or networks.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:

By submitting or uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The Platform is provided “as is” and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform for any purpose. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, any User Content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform, or your violation of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [Riyadh/Saudi Arabia], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

We may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and delete any User Content you have uploaded to the Platform.
10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and [Solutions Paths Business Services Est] regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements and
